Our policies.

This page is maintained by Nylux Events Ltd to answer common booking questions. It covers our standard terms for deposits, notice periods and changes. For anything not listed here, please get in touch.

Booking notice

All bookings require at least 2 weeks notice. Larger bookings will require 4-6 weeks.

Deposit

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required on all bookings. Your booking will only be secure once this payment has been received.

Date transfers

The deposit is non-refundable, however it may be able to be transferred to an alternative date depending on availability.

Balance due

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

Changes & add-ons

Any amends made to the booking (additional add-ons or colour changes) will incur an additional charge.

Allergies

Any latex allergies must be declared when booking.
